With Curiosity, learning is personalized and every engagement is unique. We partner with our clients in co-creating the solution. We offer three learning services: Bespoke Learning, Coaching and Consulting.
Research shows that most teams are operating below their maximum potential; however, research also shows that thoughtful learning journeys can make a huge impact on teams’ performance. The gap between performance and potential is the space where our bespoke learning can generate maximum value. It is most impactful with teams under unified leadership and operating towards common objectives.
1Make to Order
At Curiosity, we leverage our experience and passion for talent development to serve our clients in a way that challenges the status quo. Curiosity does not offer standard competency focused training that can be delivered internally or through generic training providers.
A bespoke learning solution typically includes three main components: Quarterly Facilitated Workshops: Face to face, technology free, immersive experiences that enables the team to achieve clear business goals and drive performance all whilst keeping patient care at the forefront. Monthly Self-Directed Learning: Assorted selection of resources driving reflection, application and understanding. Monthly Coaching: A thinking partnership to allow clients to embed and personalize learning. This takes the insights from the session to workplace to achieve goals.
3Typical Engagement Phases
Curiosity designs learning experiences for teams by following a 4 step model: 1. Analysis: a mix of interviews and surveys to probe into the underlying performance issues and priorities. 2. Design: creating a learning journey addressing the findings of the previous phase. 3. Delivery: facilitated sessions built around heart-to-heart human experiences and individual coaching to ensure that change is implemented. 4. Evaluation: an after action review with the stakeholders and a team pulse survey are used to measure change.
